Shipping Policy
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our team in our warehouse for dispatch within 4 days after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Sometimes, shipping may take longer than estimated due to reasons like holidays or bad weather. If your order takes longer than expected, please contact our support team.

Insured Shipping: If the item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost to you, provided sufficient proof is provided.
Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery will be prioritized each day by our team. Depending on order volume, the delivery time may be similar to Standard Shipping, but your item will be insured.
Note: Some products might be shipped separately and arrive at different times because we have warehouses in various locations. Although most products are shipped from the USA, some may be shipped directly from overseas manufacturers due to high demand. Please don’t be concerned if your tracking number shows delivery from a country other than the United States.
Tracking Numbers frequently take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. Please use a 3rd-party website such as 17track.net to track your order.
Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.
Due to the volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out as quickly as possible. We understand that it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected, but please be assured that we are prioritizing the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.
Change Requests
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
