Refund Policy

At Martoffes, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent refund process. Please review the policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • We accept refund requests for products that are damaged, defective, or do not fit your car. We offer 30 days of free returns for products that meet these conditions.
  • Refunds will be processed if the product does not fit your car, or if it arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product description. In these cases, we will offer a free replacement. If you choose not to accept the replacement, we can proceed with a return.
  • If you change your mind about the purchase, you will need to ship the product back to our U.S. warehouse at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as when received, unused, and with all original packaging.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • We may ask you to send the item back to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or does not fit your car.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • You will receive a notification once your refund is processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for a refund.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please contact customer support to assist with the exchange process.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping Fees
