1. Return Eligibility – What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- Condition Guarantee: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what’s described, you’re eligible for a full refund or free replacement. Just let us know, and we’ll take it from there!
- Fit Check: We want your car accessory to fit just right. If it doesn’t, reach out within 30 days, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge. If a replacement isn’t what you need, we’re happy to process a return instead.
- Unused and Unaltered: For returns due to a change of mind, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns, so please shop thoughtfully for these deals.
2. How to Start a Return
Simply contact our friendly support team at contact@martoffes.com within 30 days of receiving your order:
- Provide your order number and a quick explanation of the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please share photos so we can resolve it swiftly.
3. Shipping Costs – Who Covers What?
- Our Treat: If we’ve made an error or the item doesn’t match its description, return shipping is on us.
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, or doesn’t fit your car.
4. Refund & Replacement Process
- Replacement First: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t fit, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. If you’d prefer a refund instead, just let us know.
- Return & Refund: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Stay Updated: You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your return is processed.
