Our product arrived in a smashed box with parts in disarray. It took my engineering husband to figure out how it fit together including the stick on logo part which we almost lost. There were no instructions for assembly and I was unable to figure it out. I am glad i have an engineer for a husband. Once assembled it works fine and i am satisfied with the product.
