DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE I CAN SEE AND TOUCH PRODUCT?
We currently have only one physical store in Hong Kong, but we hope to open stores in other locations in the future.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE PRODUCT AFTER BUYING?
No need to worry! We give you a 30 days period, you can return the product within that time, but the return will be acceptable only when the product is in new condition. Damaged and used return will not be acceptable.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners’ warehouse. It takes around 1 to 4 days for us to process your order for shipping.
